Personal Training
Group Classes aren't for everyone, so that's why we also offer personal training or private group training. Owner and Personal Trainer, Jesse Martinez has been apart of the fitness industry and personal training for 25 years. We would love the opportunity to kick start or continue your fitness journey in a comfortable, private session!

Our group classes are made up of goal-minded and positive people who treat each other like family. pilates
We offer a beat based mat Pilates class that focuses on your core muscles, while also training your arms and legs. This class consists of a 10 minute warm up, 30 minute full body continuous workout, and a 10 minute cool down. Our Pilates class is coached by Co-Owner,
Heather Martinez.
